Each two-hour session* is a sensorial journey, discovering oils with unique aromas—capable of stirring emotions both on their own and in dialogue with traditional dishes.

Held in a small circle, the experience reunites taste - driven explorers, becoming an absolute immersion into the stories of estates, the families devoted to their heritage across generations and the rich diversity of the Italian land & culture.
